Customer must meet the following terms:
- Terms of return (Within 14 days after receiving instrument)
- State of return (Must be no changes or damage done to the instrument)
- Reason for return
- Process for return (Must call 812-372-8576 before returning)
- Process of refund (Return within 14 days after receiving and customer is responsible for return shipping. When Mountain Made Music receives return; and providing instrument is as it was when shipped; and returned within the 14 days specified, a refund will be issued.
