Return and Refund Policy

Mountain Made Music reserves the right to decide if a customer may or may not return for refund.

Customer must meet the following terms:

Terms of return (Within 14 days after receiving instrument)
State of return (Must be no changes or damage done to the instrument)
Reason for return
Process for return (Must call 812-372-8576 before returning)
Process of refund (Return within 14 days after receiving and customer is responsible for return shipping. When Mountain Made Music receives return; and providing instrument is as it was when shipped; and returned within the 14 days specified, a refund will be issued.
